Our primary aim is to make every customer a satisfied
customer. If you are not satisfied with any flower arrangement or a gift
purchased through our web site, please don't hesitate to contact
us and we will do our best to satisfy your needs..
All information gathered by us will be held in the strictest confidence. We do not sell, trade or share information with any other company, organization or individual.
Substitution policy: Due to various seasonal conditions, availability
of some flowers may be limited. Also, specific flower varieties or colours may
not be available for delivery on a specified day.
In this event, our florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers of
the same value. Similarly, some cakes may not be available fresh on the day of
delivery and may have to be substituted.
Our main commitment is to ensure the quality and integrity of the item delivered matches the value of the item ordered.
Cancellation policy: Please give us at least 48 hours' advance notice if you want to cancel any order. Once we receive your notice of cancellation we will either give you a refund or a store credit for the amount that you paid.

If you provide incomplete information we may require you to provide full
information in order to complete your order.
We will make two visits to the address you provide in order to deliver your
flowers or other gift. If after the second visit we are still unable to make
contact with the intended recipient then we will follow the procedures outlined
in our delivery policies section.
If a wrong name and address have been given and the flowers or gift have
already been bought and this is discovered in the process of delivery no
refund can be issued.
