Refund against cancelled orders For all the approved cancellations the order amount minus a 1 dollar transaction fee will be refunded. Partial-Refunds In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not done for certain items, customers will be refunded against the non-delivered goods or services. Cancellations You can cancel an order that has already been placed if it has not entered the processing and transit stage.For orders to be shipped to Tehran, you can cancel the order 2 business days before the required date that you have specified when you plcaed the order(Iran’s business day which is any day other than Friday and statutory holidays). Any late cancel request will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be issued. Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims All requests to negate charges are investigated by our billing department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
